Help is at hand to clear up the confusion over living and care options available for the over 55s.

Experts from award-winning Roseland Parc retirement village will be on hand during an Open Day on Wednesday, 25th January to explain how different levels of need can be best met.

Two presentations will take place at 11am and 3pm with tours of the village’s facilities and available properties available between 10am and 6pm.

Roseland Parc, on Fore Street in Tregony, near Truro, offers several tiers of care options from entirely independent living in privately-owned properties to that provided in Roseland Nursing Home.

“Many people don’t realise there are other options,” said Village Manager Derek Pashley. “Roseland Parc has a number of fully-serviced apartments which can be best described as offering hotel-style living. Meals are provided, domestic cleaning and laundry are taken care of and a daily check is included. With less chores to do there is more time for residents to enjoy the facilities we have here!”
